This is the contemporary systems-engineering formulation of the I Ching hexagram Wu Wang — Heaven over Thunder, the Innocent. Even when the divine wills to aid the faithful, it may only operate beneath the regulatory vault of the Heavenly Way, dispatching subtle cues through profoundly clandestine information conduits (synchronicity), without overstepping its mandate to intervene in the material realm.
